Terms of use
The simple rules for using AstroSoul.
Last updated 17 September 2026
AstroSoul is an astrology app: natal charts, optional matching, and messages. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Not medical or financial advice
Charts, scores, and matching on AstroSoul are for insight and connection. They are not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Do not use them instead of a qualified professional.
Theme percentages are interpretive astrology scores, not medical or psychological diagnoses.
Matching is optional
You can use your chart without matching. Open to matching is a switch on your Profile. Turn it off whenever you want.
No harassment
Do not harass, spam, or impersonate anyone. We may remove accounts that break this, with or without notice.
Block and Report
You can Block or Report someone from a Matches card and from a message thread. Blocked people disappear from Matches and Inbox for both of you, and you cannot message each other.
How charts are calculated
Natal charts are calculated through the Astrologer API (Kerykeion Labs) from our server. Synastry scores, Themes, matching, and numerology meanings are our own rules on top of those positions. Astrologer API / Kerykeion Labs are not partners of AstroSoul and do not operate this product.
Your account
You can delete your account from Profile. That removes your photo, messages, charts, and login.
